Subway - Chico

Really clean and nice Subway shop. Definitely the best Subway in Chico!

I had the unfortunate experience of visiting this fake Subway, and it was an absolute nightmare. The manager's behavior was not only unprofessional but verbally abusive. I came in with a coupon, and to my shock, they refused to accept it. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place at all costs!

This is not just the worst Subway in Chico, it's the worst Subway in the world. There are only two good respectful staff. The tall guy with a mustache and the young lady with glasses. The other two staff the old Mexican lady is so rude and very disrespectful, and the other young guy who made my sandwich doesn't even know how to make it gently. He simply screwed it.Save you money and go any of the two other subways in Chico.

The employees who work there are super nice. It's always nice to see their smiling faces there. Unfortunately, the computer that they use keeps freezing for whatever reason, and that explains why I got free food from there, which is weird. I hope someday they fix this problem in the future.

Those kids work there butts off in there, if you ever see them at lunch time, idk how they do it. All the while i see them having to deal with Karen 's who complain there sandwich isn 't perfect like the picture, or they had to wait in line, or the employee wasn 't paying enough attention to them. Not just here, but everywhere, maybe we could be a little more compassionate and understanding that these guys get up everyday, put there life 's worries and problems to the side and put a smile on there face to welcome you in and do the best they can do.
