Bidra med feedbackI had a voucher for a foot long sub when I went to pay for my sandwich, I was told that this store is not a participating place and that I am a bag of chips and drinking to use the voucher. If that means that my voucher is valid, would I have to make this additional purchase that would not be sensible because it is suddenly a participating location? I think I may have misunderstood what the employee has said, but also so I was "a lot ahead of the subway locations and correct myself when I'm wrong when it varies from location, but I'm able to buy only the sandwich without buying chips and a drink beforehand. I finished the additional purchase because I wanted my sandwich and $10.50 for a meal now is not completely exaggerated, I'm just upset because I brought water into my backpack because I planned to take my sandwich with me and not eat in the store that 's why I chose the voucher with just the sandwich because soda is not water. No bathrooms for these questions, but you should expect that at most subway locations today.
An unusual dining experience. The staff member at the counter greeted us with a notepad and took our order like a waiter. Our sandwiches were then prepared based on the notes taken. It was a strange and unique way of ordering. While it was interesting to watch the sandwich being made, I am not a fan of this new process.
The staff at this restaurant is exceptionally friendly and focused on providing excellent customer service. The sandwiches are well-made, the restaurant is clean, and they stay open late, which is convenient. However, there are a few downsides. They refused to accept coupons, even though I had received them in the mail and tried to use them. The prices are also on the higher side. I was expecting to pay $5.99 for my sub with a coupon, but ended up having to pay $9.49 because the restaurant was "non-participating". This experience left a bad taste in my mouth and I was disappointed in the way they handled the situation. It's important to be transparent with customers and not mislead them with false promotions.
My wife went to this restaurant which used to be the best Subway in town.. I asked for the cheesy cheese steak. The African-American woman told my Asian wife that she could only have onions and bell peppers on the sandwich, didn't ask what bread she wanted on it... no extra cheese at all like the add described. Made the sandwich in the most disappointingly and RUDE way she possibly could. We will NEVER EVER go back...
Never been in a bad subway. I always have a decent time. This subway was good. It's healthy, the staff is friendly. Like most subways, employees do not change gloves when changing spicy foods to regulate Veggies. Some people have allergies to capsaicin. I personally don't, but I've seen a subway losing every employee and shutdown until a new manager came because someone gets a trip to the hospital of Jalapeno juice in their sandwich. Watch this. For those who do not have this problem, they make very good sandwiches!
