Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Chico

1st time here They got my order wrong. There were no utensils, napkins or butter in my bag. I couldn't understand the person at the window and they got kind of rude. The meal was fine.

This location has had great customer service both times I came here recently. At first getting our order was a little rocky but we were patient because the employees were doing their best. Popeyes has never been my go to fast food place but now I enjoygetting something from there occasionally.

The tenders are wonderful. If your ordering a meal for your family think twice! Double check and expect to wait Atleast a hour...The experience we had was horrific. We ordered a family meal plush a few other things. We knew there would be a wait.about 30min later Someone came out saying how sorry they were they had a shift change and wasn?t informed... then 25/30 minlater they come out saying they got busy and they were packing the order right now they threw in a few extras and they weresorry. ordered at about 4 she handed it to us at 5:05. we realized we were missing food, everything but the chicken was cold,the pies couldn?t eat them and nothing extra (didn?t care at this point) called and The manager (sage) if that was her name wasvery smug that like fake nice I don?t care at all nothing I can do sorry for your wait. A million excuses (4 honestly) as to whyit happened but that was unacceptable if you spend any money especially a lot they should have a certain level of urgency. I getbusy but there wasn?t a line. It?s not like we couldn?t see ya know.

A short bite. For the first time test the darkened chicken channels. It wasn't bad. It was certainly different and good. But I think I'd rather have the spicy crispy offers. The rest of the meal was great. You have caffeine free diet coke!
