Pizza Hut - Chickasha

Dinner reminded me of back in the day when we used to order Pizza Hut. Our pizza was delicious and cooked to perfection. So good I decided to make a review!

I’ve ordered from Pizza Hut quite a bit. I went through the drive-through line as normal and waited about 15 minutes before going inside because no one came to the window. Two cars were behind me waiting also. When I went in I was not rude. I was polite and said hey just so you know there’s two other cars at the drive-through window and she immediately got very hostile and rude and was pretty much like not my problem. They need to do better with training their employees. That could’ve been handled totally different. She could’ve said ok thank you for letting me know we are understaffed today. Instead of taking out her aggression on the customer.

Asked for some of the garlic Parmesan sauce for wings and they had given me the garlic butter sauce when went in to correct it she then proceeded to tell me it was the same thing. 5:25pm 3/12/2024

Well to begin with we ordered a ckicken alfredo and breadsticks they were very good, also a large stuff crust SSupreme, but it was raw, no not 100% but at least 40%, it was gross...couldn't even hold it was limp dough..Just tasted the cina bons and they are ok, and of course Root beer was ok. I called the store but manager couldn't here me...everyone else could. Was wanting this pizza cooked so we could eat it. $50 to feed 2 people is alot, when you can't even eat it...UPDATE: Oct, 2023The past 2x we ordered everything was ?.

Patience...the food is still great and you will likely have to wait. It's hard to find help these days so be kind and patient!
