Myoken - Chichibu

At the Chichibu Night Festival on December 3, I entered the restaurant around 16:30! The meal menu is two of the sushi and the heavy, and I ordered sushi! I thought that I could come to the restaurant immediately, I thought that the surface of the fish was dried a little bit, and the sushi was made at the counter when I entered, I decided to cry. I thought that I could not feel the commitment of something shop owner? I thought that it is only profitable! Well, even if I saw the capacity of customer service, I was unfortunately uncomfortable, but it was unfortunate!

I went to Myomi for a long time. I had a shrimp fry set meal. Three large fried prawns, fried eggplants and peppers, fried prawns, small bowls of moyashi, salted。id, wakame vinegar, pickles, and rice and miso soup. The shrimp fried shrimp was so delicious and I could eat slowly in a spacious space. I thought that it was a seat where my legs can fall down. I want to eat

This was a lovely shop, and one of the few that was open late. We had a relatively large group of foreigners, but felt very welcome. Although the menu is only in Japanese, they had a lot of food models outside, so one of our group went out to take pictures so we had an idea of what to order. Although one of our orders had a slight mix-up (sushi instead of sashimi), everything we ate was Fabulous! We also enjoyed some hot sake, chatted briefly with another patron, and enjoyed our meal without feeling rushed. When the bill came we asked about the mix up to make sure we were being charged for the correct meal, and the staff were so apologetic for the mistake, even though we weren't bothered at all as all the food had been fabulous and perfectly portioned! The staff also gave us some lovely chopstick souvenirs to make up for our trouble (which wasn't necessary as the food was more than enough to make up for any small errors). Totally unexpected and very kind of them! The staff didn't appear to speak much (if any) English, but the food speaks for itself!! Definitely give it a try, you won't be disappointed!

鰻重，甘すぎず辛すぎず。 お米の炊き方もぴたっと来てます。 飛び込みで入りましたが大満足です。 お店の方も穏やか，サービスもほどよく。 うなぎの煙がちょっと立ちこみやすいけれど 長居したくなる雰囲気で好きです。

初めてお邪魔しました。 天ぷら御膳を頂いたのですが海老がプリプリで量も程よく、小鉢の塩辛もとても美味しくてこれだけでご飯が頂ける様でした。 そして一番印象に残ったのはお味噌汁でした。お寿司やさんなのでお魚の出汁でしょうか？それとも味噌の味なんでしょうか？毎朝お味噌汁を作るのでとても興味深く思いました。秩父のお味噌なんでしょうか？どれもとても美味しかったです。またお邪魔いたします
