Curry House - Chichester

The food cooking quality is poor . Our chicken in the tandoori was chewy . The Bombay potatoes were hard and oily . They’re supposed to be light and fluffy . Won’t order from here again . The front of house is shabby , wondering how clean the kitchen is ?

Ordered through foodhub app as usual pre ordered for set time, food never arrived, called after nearly an hour past delivery time and they were very rude, claimed they werent on the app even though order was accepted by them, partner ended up having a very bad hypo and had to call for medical assistance as hadnt eaten waiting for it to arrive, we were regular customers but they have lost us now, wouldnt even sort the order after contacting them and wouldnt refund the money already taken from account, absolutley disgusting, avoid!!!!

First time trying this place, had a small issue with the food. However it was corrected by a very nice man. (I believe was the manager/driver) who called me back to discuss the issue. If it wasn’t for his amazing customer service and maturity then I would not be coming back. However I am fully satisfied that it was just a once off and I will happily return as my new go to place.

Amazing customer service. Was served by a middle aged man called Shuhrat, was lovely, and really helpful. Would highly recommend anyone going, and ask for Shuhrat for the best customer service in Chichester!

Average food, cheap quality ingrediants, Lots of sauce but not lots of prawns. Service friendly. A clean takeaway. Discount on cash orders.
