The Underground Cocktail Club - Chicago

I was charged to hold the table for this location when we showed up for the reservation the bouncer told us the club was booked for a private event. We were looking forward to this all day. The should really figure out a way to contact reservations if the spot gets booked out.

We were required to check in our coats so we have to pay $4 each then we got seated close to the door and it was so drafty. We were told we will be moved as soon as they clean more tables, it never happened . We waited more than an hour for water and drinks, servers just kept passing by but we were not tended upon. Then the bus boy took our food without asking. We waited again to pay for our bill, drinks were comped but service charge was doubled. The server apologized for all the things that gone wrong but we just had enough that night.

My favorite place on a Saturday night. The service is amazing. The drinks are amazing. The food is amazing. And the live music is amazing. Can't wait to go back!
