Quite possibly the worst service we’ve ever encountered at a restaurant. Absolutely horrendous. Food orders never arrived, when we went to go check on it, no one even thought of apologizing for screwing up the order and having the rest of the party sit there waiting for the others’ food to arrive. Finally got the order in and waited another 20 minutes (also the restaurant was half empty, and most tables were just drinking) until a member of our party decided to go up again and saw the food sitting on the counter under heat lamps so he got it himself as service was nowhere to be found. A grouch of a manager came to us and took my friend outside to shout at him for grabbing the food his own servers weren’t getting, instead of apologizing for this already horrendous experience. At the end the food wasn’t even worth this hassle, there are far better restaurants around the city that don’t treat paying customers like trash. Absolutely would not recommend, trash throughout. And enough with the “we’re short staffed” excuses there were 4 tables there and it’s not an excuse to treat customers like this.
Great place to watch a game! Didn't have any food looked good though! Will be coming back! Great service!
Horrible service. It took 25 minutes for a waitress to come by our table, even after flagging the bartender and letting them know. Then they messed up our food order and we had to wait an additional 30 min because our party never received part of our order (individuals waiting w/ no food while others had food). Not a single apology for the wait. Then, bartender or manager, whatever he is, was literally the most rude person I’ve encountered in decades of eating out. Pulls my friend outside and yells at him for getting up and trying to figure out where the food is. There was literally NO service. And then the whole time we were eating, there wasn’t once when a wait staff came to us to see how things were, to ask us about the order, etc. I had to get up to get boxes. And then waited another 30+ min (would’ve been longer if I didn’t flag the waitress) to get a check. No apologies, no comps, nothing. I confronted the manager that this isn’t the way you treat guests and a simple apology for the food and service issues would’ve been enough. He went on to completely ignore it.I was excited about this place because I wanted to go to a soccer bar, but I literally will not step foot back into this place. Will make sure if we’re going to soccer bars, we’re going to the other ones. Will also mention it to others I know.Seriously. It was that bad.
Very cool place with wonderful staff. Got to talking about Malort and it's post 2018 reformulation. It's not as bad as it used to be!
