Bidra med feedbackSarah our waitress was excellent. She helped my daughter find her gluten free foods. And checked the other food that might make her sick, due to her other allergies. Derrick was fantastic as well. The entire staff was great, helpful and friendly. I recommend this restaurant to everyone that comes to Chicago. Thank you from guests from Kansas.Parking: Don't know I rode.Dietary restrictions: See my msg above.
When it comes to casual brunch, nothing beats Bongo. Whether you want sweet or savory, they have you covered with inventive offerings made from quality ingredients. The service is great, the staff are welcoming and the environment is fun. You can't go wrong with anything on the menu.Food: 5/5
Came here for Mother's Day brunch. Was told the wait would be 30 min so we headed to the farmers market and then received a text that our table was ready about 5 min later, which was a nice surprise. We ordered the white chocolate caramel pretzel pancakes, the spicy turkey sausage burrito, house potatoes with cheese and iced coffees. Loved that the menu had a lot of unique and interesting items to choose from. Everything was good but nothing really stood out. Would come back again and try other menu items for sure. Lively and upbeat breakfast/lunch spot in Wicker Park that made for an enjoyable Mother's Day!
MY GOSH! Talk about a good deal for amazing food! Come early on the weekend, it can get very busy, but it's worth the wait every bite is delicious! A local fav for a reason!
Decided to try Bongo Room for breakfast on long weekend trip to Chicago. Right away we loved the atmosphere. They were very welcoming right from the start. They have a great and unique menu. We had the Mango Pancakes (which was the special) and the Italian Breakfast Sandwich. Both were perfect! The bread on the sandwich was so good I wanted more to eat by itself. The Mango Pancakes had a whipped lemon cream with it that was heavenly. Their drink menu looked amazing and will definitely try it next time. Can’t wait to visit them again.
