Talay Chicago

Talay is a rock solid place to enjoy fresh, clean Thai food and sushi. I ordered the veggie pot stickers (9 rating) along with the spicy tuna and avacodo roll, maguro nigiri, salmon nigiri and yellowtail tuna nigiri. The prices where a little high but when they come out I could see why. Very healthy portions and the fish was super fresh and high quality. The servers very attentive and friendly. I will be back to try some Thai dishes the Pad Kee Mao looked delicious along with the Phangan noodles!!! I got my ? on you!!!

Ordered the Seafood Curry. The red spicy curry was delicious! Full of flavor and just the right amount of kick. Servers were accommodating. I would definitely visit again.Food: 5/5

Wonderful little Thai restaurant with a small vegan menu and some delicious drinks. Our server Jan was very helpful and gave us a vegan menu when we told her we are vegetarian. She explained that certain dishes have the fish sauce that we should avoid. We got an app, a Pad Thai, a vegan maki roll and 2 drinks.... Plenty of food for two people. The lychee martini was delicious! All in was like $70, which is typical for west loop.

Lovely Thai restaurant in West Loop! The food was fresh and the portion sizes were generous. I appreciate that the Thai entrees included rice unlike other restaurants I’ve been to lately. Service was great and we were seated quickly on a Saturday. The menu includes both sushi and Thai dishes.
