Wonderful experience, excellent eating and great staff! loved our server juan, super helpful and knowledgeable!

That was my first time here and it was amazing. service was exceptional, waiter recommended some great dishes for us and he was on everything all night. very recommended and will surely come back.

The waitress didn't really let us know about the specialties she had, and she didn't want to put my friend on her eating that she ordered and it wasn't good for her. only the customer service was not everything at all. the manager was nice and it was another waiter who had checked for us to make sure our glasses were filled and the waitress was not. I'm manager and the next step would be that the team is trained how to better serve customers and earn this tip!

We recently went to Takito for the first time and really enjoyed the food, atmosphere and service. The dishes were full of flavor and the staff really care about their customers. And the house margarita is delicious! Would recommend!!

Food and drinks were great. There was so issues with the service. We asked for separate checks when we ordered which the server didn’t seem to understand. After he said he would do it he actually did not. We ordered tacos separately but the server insisted that they be served “family style”. This didn’t work due to some dietary restrictions (vegan) and preferences. We were able to sort that out on our own though. Although the server was friendly he seemed out of his depth and probably needed so more training. We we finally got the check there is a survey that pops up after you day on the machine. Our server snatched the machine away before we could complete the survey and completed it himself.
