Staytion Market - Chicago

First time visiting the hotel and it was cold/windy/outside so we weren’t really interested in walking about the city. Food was excellent, vibe was high end and comfortable. Eileen, our server, was helpful and friendly, even providing suggestions for future activities. She also gave us the story of Malort, a staple in Chicago. Definitely would come again.

If you are looking for a well crafted drink Staytion has it. The resident mixologist Kevin has crafted the NGK (never gonna know) which includes a Chicago native spirit called Malort blended with Gin and Peach Purée. It’s is a great balance of tart and sweet. Really good drink, and good people.

Nice semi casual hotel restaurant. But honestly, for the money you could do a lot better. Pizza was better than nothing but this is Chicago and there's a Lou Malnatis two blocks from here so...

Being located in the Renaissance Hotel made it a very convenient place to eat. The menu has been reduced, I believe due to covid, but the selections were still good for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I recommend it.

Favorite hotel bar/restaurant in Chicago! Ambience is really great high end look and feel but casual vibes at the same time. Excellent food and drink menu (very good **** Mary's) We got the turkey club and charcuterie plate today 5 stars!
