Soul Vegetarian East - Chicago

First time visiting so it was a little chaotic. Busy, and we weren't greeted. Had to figure out where, and how to order on our own, and with help from other customers. Once we were able to order the staff was friendly. Food was cooked to order. Presentation was good. Food was flavorful.

I consider Soul Veg the tastiest Restaurant in terms of what they do. In the past the customer service has sucked but as of late they seem to have improved. Once again food is awesome!

This place never misses the target. Food is ridiculously fresh. Hot. Green and lean! I did discover that the natural drinks in the cooler are very high in sugar so be careful. Drink it responsibly but the bbq ribs are awesome. The Mac and cheese is amazing and the desserts are awesome. The apple pie could use a bit more sugar but ig that's why it's vegan. But hands down. The best vegan food I think I've ever had. Fairly priced and always delicious. The ppl are always professional and educated on their product. You often forget you're eating vegan food. I gave it four stars because the parking is really bad. It's street parking so it is what it is ig. Other than that best ever!

We had fun!! Just so happened they were filming an episode of a cable series called, 'Journey, ' We got to be extras. How cool was that!!! Great food, I love the variety, buffet style, and quick because I was hungry. Everything was delightfully fresh. The customer service was slightly off due to the taping. Yet it was good. The decor is lovely and the place spacious. OMG!!! The bathrooms were clean and the smell divine! Clearly a woman 's touch. Just be careful because overeating at this place is a real thing. The food is that good.

This place is AMAZING!! I’m ashamed that it took me so long to finally make the trip here. The service is very friendly and helpful and the food is absolutely incredible!! I asked the server to make a mix so I could try a little of everything. I can honestly say there wasn’t one thing on my plate that wasn’t delicious!
