Sipping Turtle Cafe - Chicago

My daughter took me to Sipping Turtle for the first time. When we came in, the employee took time to acknowledge us. After they took our order, they did not say it would take 10 minutes to prepare a Chai and a Latte. When our order was ready the Chai cup was not complete, and it was warm, not as hot as it should have been. The flavor was ok. I do not recommend this place. Service needs to be faster and the drinks at the right temperature.

This is such a nice relaxing atmosphere. The people were very welcoming and the food was delicious!

Sipping Turtle Cafe offers great teas and quality coffees that will surely satisfy tea and coffee enthusiasts. The calm and clean environment, makes it a perfect spot to unwind.

Food is cute but they need more staff, the staff needs more training, and the coffee has tasted terrible the last 10 times I've been here, particularly the cold brew. Hoping they pull it together bc I'm rooting for this place, but keep leaving disappointed.
