Shawarma Garden - Chicago

I went there because I love Beef Shish Kabob and it?s on my way home from work. Owner is nice enough but got my order wrong, but quickly fixed it. Their Fountain Machine doesn?t work. All that doesn?t really matter and it?s not the reason I?m giving them 1??. It is because I spent nearly 23 dollars and the small amount of Beef I got with my dinner was jaw dropping. It?s was like 7small cubes with very little green pepper and onions. These people don?t know how to feed their customers who spend a lot ofmoney to eat there. If you go to Kabobi and just get their lunch special, you?ll get more beef! I will not be back and suggestyou never go. You don?t get your moneys worth, imo.

I got their shawarma and falafel. I will say their shawarma was better than the neighboring shawarma joints but average at best. Saying that, the owner was rude to my mother and yelled at her because when she ordered a second shawarma sandwich, he gave itin gyro form and she was asking why it wasn?t wrapped (even though the first order we had was wrapped and she asked for the sameorder) and insisted that it is a sandwich. My mother ended up crying and we left without even touching it. I don?t know if theowner just had a bad day or what, but I?d think twice before coming here. Again good is good but service horrible. Bathroomswere dirty and didn?t have soap either.

Stopped by here briefly for lunch and had a delicious and freshly made falafel wrap. A solid middle eastern option in the area.

This place is underrated. We really enjoyed their shawarma and gyro plates. This just became our go to spot.

I love this place! I work nearby and I stop in at least once a week for lunch! The employees are so kind and the food is delicious. The falafel and fries are always made fresh. This is a great small business and will keep coming here!
