We love order from here (Albany Park area) the food is always hot and fresh when delivered!

I brought home a carry out cheese pizza only to discover the pizza was burnt. It looked like a cheap Jack?s oven pizza. I called to request a delivery to replace the $15 pizza, and was told they cannot deliver. I asked them if I could pick up the replacement, I was told next time I need to check the pizza before I leave because they are very busy?.he spoke very rude. I?ve been going to this location for years and never had this issue before. They agreed to replace the burnt pizza eventually but I will not be returning to this location.

I have been ordering at this location for a few years now and have never had any issues , but today I ordered a cheesy breadsticks and when I got home and opened the box to notice that the order didn't look like it usually does. We tried it anyway but the cheese didn't seem to have melted properly or something but it tasted weird so I called the store and told the guy (Juan) the issue he off the back told me it's the same thing we make everyday and nothing is wrong with it without even trying to see the issue. I never expected to be treated this way from a place I have been ordering for years.

Horrible customer experience! I placed an online order early morning to make sure everything will be placed and process accordingly. I was super excited and try their so called specialty pizza which included Pesto veggie pizza that I ordered. We went to pick it up at around 7:13 pm. And nobody even assisted us at the cashier as they were too busy..When I finally got the chance to get assistance I asked for my Pesto vegetarian pizza and cashier lady said oh we do not have that placed what you order was Vegetarian pizza. I rebutted and told her exactly what I ordered that they made a clear mistake even showed her my email confirmation showing what I ordered. She just brushed me off and just said that if you can wait 10 minutes so we can get your order, I refused since it?s late and amole time was given to make the order right the first time! Oh and for pick up they did not even provide packet of pepper flakes and parmesan cheese, they just handed me the box of the flap pizza! Side note pizza is doughy with dices slices of vegetables... Just an update after calling and raising my concern with Slice they called Sarpino?s on my behalf.. I got some discount so today I placed an order for Pesto vegetarian pizza. Pizza was doughy, lacks the crunchy crust and as I arrived to pick up my pizza it?s already cold. Plus pizza didn?t really have the pesto sauce and taste, and just smothered it with cheese and few tiny pieces of bell peppers few sun dried tomatoes and basil leaves.. At this point I?m not sure about ordering pizza from them.

I 'm a long time Sarpino 's customer and just moved to a new place, so I tried ordering from a closer Sarpino 's than the one I usually use. I ordered a pizza today at 11:30 AM, it showed an estimated delivery time of 12:30pm. That was already a lot, but then 12:30 blew by and I didn 't hear anything. I tried calling at 12:45 and a very rude manager answered the phone and could only tell me it was on the way. Then the order showed as delivered, but I still had nothing. At 1pm I called again, and again spoke to the manager . He was again completely unhelpful rude, had no information other than it 's on the way , and offered nothing else like free delivery. Finally, the pizza arrived, 90 minutes after ordering and 30 minutes after the estimated time. The pizza itself was ok, only lukewarm but otherwise not bad. However, I will never be ordering from this particular location again, and I would advise others to do the same.
