Their customer service is excellent. It's a chain and all the employees can do is control their attitude. Grateful for people like this in the world!

I don't care where you are in the city, this is the Potbelly to eat at. They take care of your sandwich. The workers are awesome and cheerful. You will be filled. Number 1!Dietary restrictions: You got veggie options

This is by far the worst potbelly I've ever been to. This was my first time going to this Potbelly location and it will 100% be my last. There was 4 other tables of customers at the time we arrived, 2 already had food. They took about 5 minutes to even address us once we walked in. During that time only 2 of the 5 employees were actually working, the rest were yelling and laughing amongst themselves. The ordering process was fine but the real issues happened after that. We waiting for 20 minutes for our two sandwiches. My boyfriend actually went up to the counter after about ten and waited finally 5 minutes someone actually asked him what he was waiting for. Then they had the audacity to yell across the dining area to ask me about what kind of bread and cheese I wanted on the sandwich. It was insane during that time only 2 other people got there food and they made about 3 to go orders l, still with only 2 employees actually working. Terrible service. Drive an extra few minutes to a different location and save yourself the headache.

Nice spot in shopping strip in upscale Lincoln Park. Plenty of parking upfront. Food and customer service are great. Restaurant is clean. My only complaint is the temperature. It's always cold in this outlet, more so than any of the other Potbelly franchises. Feels like you're in a freezer. Hopefully management will address this issue.
