Parlor Pizza Bar - Wicker Park

Great service every time we dine there! Host and waiters are very attentive

Their aunt chilada pizza is amazing!! And the fried gelato as well. Love the outdoor

All I can rate here is the service. When we walked in, we waited for a very long time for a host to seat us. No one came, so we decided to just eat at the bar. There we were met with a very rude bartender. The barcodes on the counter to scan were not working (we both kept getting error messages) and the bartender was quite snarky trying to make seem like we were incompetent and didn 't know how to scan a barcode because in his words it 's been working all day . Turns out we were right, something was wrong with their site. After this, we decided to leave. This wasn 't a place we wanted to be.

We arrived at the restaurant for a drink and some appetizers later in the evening. Unfortunately, the server forgot our appetizer order, but they were very apologetic and ended up bringing us a complimentary pizza instead. The beer selection was impressive and the pizza was delicious. I particularly enjoyed the outdoor seating area and the indoor space was also very pleasant. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

Parlor WP did an outstanding job accommodating our large party. The service was top-notch and the food was delicious. I highly recommend it for big brunch gatherings and families!
