Pacino's - Chicago

My girlfriend suggested this place in the South Loop and it was absolutely delicious! Everything was delicious! The place was really cute and 2 hours parking is free. However, we stayed over 3 hours and had to pay $12. That just means we were having agreat time! The reason why I gave only 4 stars was because the manager was screaming to other workers right next to our table.Non stop. We weren't sure if he was speaking to us and we had to stop mid sentence in our conversations multiple times toaccommodate to his screaming just so we can hear ourselves talk again. Other than that, the food was delicious. A little stingyon the wine. So next time I might not order wine for the amount of money I paid. We got the stuffed clams, calamari, linguinedi mare, carbonara, white fish and shared a dessert. Everything was delicious and we had enough to bring home. I would go backagain for the food alone but no wine next time. If you're in the neighborhood and loves Italian food, definitely give this placea try!

Wonderful food in a delightful setting! Our group of four had a fantastic time catching up over dinner here. The Candied Maple Bacon Old Fashioned might be my new favorite way to prepare this cocktail, and I paired it with the Caccio e Pepe, which wassimple and perfect. And thank you very much to our server, Courtney!

Our waiter was absolutely horrible. It was the worst service I have experienced in a long time. He poured my beer so quickly it was all foam. My meal was incorrect. It was supposed to come with pasta and I got veggies instead. When I confronted him, he stated “I should have told him I wanted the pasta”. The menu clearly started my meal was supposed to be served with pasta. My friend ordered another drink, he brought her the wrong one and basically told her she didn’t like it because it was too strong for her and Was a “man’s drink”. Our experience with him was horrid. The experience we had with the hostess was amazing. She was extremely kind and was working hard to correct the errors or the waiter.

This place was amazing!! Our waitress was phenomenal. Great service, extremely knowledge, prompt, and gave great suggestions. The ambiance was fantastic and the food was INCREDIBLE. Highly recommend the Penne Arrabbiata or mussels if you want just a quick bite. 10/10 experience and they went all out for my friends birthday that we were celebrating. Such a fantastic experience, thank you Mike. Compliments to the chef as well. We will be back!!

Tonight was our first time at Pacinos to say the experience was amazing would be an understatement!! The place is amazing inside, the food was outta this world, and the service was second to NONE! Our servers name was Sophia she made the experience perfect! She was very knowledgeable, very professional and quite funny which made the night even better there needs to be more servers like her. We've been to alot of Italian restaurants in Chicago and Pacinos jumped right to the front of the list we will definitely be back. Do not hesitate to try Pacinos!
