Outback Steakhouse - Chicago

I had high expectations to visit this restaurant , I know this branch from another country and expected an awesome experience and meal. The entrance was connected to the hotel, the restaurant was not busy when I visited. When sat, got the brown bread with butter (but was stale). The soup was good and main was decent. Aussie fries was good! Food and service has a room for improvement. Price was good, not expensive.

I had the Steak Medallions Shrimp over noodles which was out of this world. My Wife and I started with a blooming onion which was also fantastic !!!!!

Me and my husband had date night here the other night and we had a great time. The food was delicious and our server Savannah was wonderful.

Came here with a date her choice, not mine and it is exactly what you'd expect from Outback. Nothing more, and nothing less. However, their bartender Savannah is absolutely top notch. She knows when to engage, when to let the customers enjoy their conversation, but never lets the ice clink in the glass. She has absolutely nailed the interpersonal skills of bartending and that is the rarest of all bartending traits.

When we eat out we always ask to be seated bar side for the great atmosphere. As always the bartender Savannah made our evening perfect. Quick to help with any menu questions had great drink suggestions. She was very courteous attentive making us feel special. Great food, great drinks great service. Thank you Savannah for being such a joy.
