Mcdonald's - Chicago

Mccafe macchiato tasted like a simple coffee. no sugar. no taste. sandwiches were ok

Terrible service, time on the website says 24 hours they close around 9pm. The morning sometimes don't open up until 7. They should adjust there time so we don’t waste ours driving to the McDonald’s thinking there open. People are in the McDonald’s hiding to avoid taking our order. It’s terrible.

This is not a great location. I’d rather drive about an extra 7 mins to the location in Burbank on 79th. Their food is always fresh. This location always serves old food and bread is always hard. Never fails.

I ordered my food and was told to go to the 1st window. I pull up and an employee looks right at me a few times but doesn't open the window or acknowledge me. He was just stacking sauces. I wait and wait with no acknowledgement. I figure they are not using both windows so I pull up to the 2nd window. The very first thing the employee said was you have to pay I said yes. I know, but your guy never acknowledged me I described him down to his NASA sweatshirt She then said you have to pay at that window At this time, another employee manager maybe because she had a light blue shirt with the scarf and she said you have to back and pay At this time, another car was in the drive through placing their order. I offered to pay at the window but her solution was for me to GET BACK IN LINE instead of just taking my money then and there. This is the most asinine, incompetent solution to a simple problem. This is one of the WORST McDonald's and I hate going there it's 10 mins away from home so I'm forced to go there sometimes, but this makes me want to drive an extra 5 mins and go to the one on 68th and Pulaski instead which is exactly what I did!

I don't hate McDonald's it's good place to go eat fast food
