Mcdonald's - Chicago

Good service and fast. a little reaped is: cleaner on the basket and everything is perfect. but 5 stars are suitable

Really disappointed this McDonalds is downtown and the bathroom is extremely small only 2 stalls and one of those were out of order. The staff is very short when you ask questions. Went to sit down, had to clean our table ourselves because staff took too long coming to do it by the time someone came out we were half done with our meal. I have just given up on Mc Donalds.

I find myself getting off at the Adams/Wabash station pretty often, so more than once I've ended up in this Mcdonalds'. The service is great, usually, 3/4 of the kiosks are working, and the food is nice. The only complaint I would have is that there always seems to be a spill on at least one of the tables haha. Would recommend!

This place was disgusting. There was trash everywhere inside and there was shoe prints everywhere like someone moped but everyone walked on it. However you could tell it had been there for awhile. Same for the trash, so many flies. When asked why they were closing, so they can clean I case we have an inspection like why haven 't you cleaned as you go this is ridiculous I have a video too.

Service was slow. When placing order, tried to charge extra for items included in meals. Did not include requested utensils, napkins or condiments. Without a doubt, the worst McDonald's I have ever visited.
