L'ours Bakery Cafe - Chicago

My assessment is based on the fact that they are always closed. I didn't try because they're never open, even during their hours. my second time to try and have to drink her drinks to go to dieucks. they need to update their hours online so people don't waste their time because they aren't exactly. then I see the people inside, but they don't open.

Don’t waste your time coming here. They are always closed. People were inside, but they keep their doors closed. This was my second time coming. They need to update their hours online. Either they have a business or they do not. Then they don’t even have the decency to come out and tell me if they are open or closed.

I was trying to recall why I don't come here anymore and when I came to grab coffee and breakfast this morning, I found that all the breakfast sandwiches have meat.The everything bagel could easily have a regular bagel option with just cream cheese, or cheese and egg. Until there are vegetarian choices, I'm sad to say that I'll frequent other establishments. I recommend the owner do a better job of understanding the preferences of clients.

Great sandwiches with good coffee/lattes. I love that they have different flavors to chose from for the lattes and you can easily customize it! When I go in person, the employees can be pretty rude every time I go so I try to only order when I’m ordering Uber eats and want to spoil myself.

I went to this place for a sweet pick-me-up. A couple of things I'd like to call out that make this place unique:1. Fresh fruit tea milk drinks: They do blends of fruit with matcha or other tea and milk blends that I haven't seen much anywhere else. And they do them really well.2. Souffle pancakes: I see a lot of these popping up around this area, but I think L'OURS BAKERY CAFE has done it best. Their presentation (even during COVID) is on point, and they are never too moist.3. Unique desserts: I wanted to try the taro layer crepe cake, but opted for the boba cake instead. I was skeptical, but the boba really added to the cake!COVID Notes: They do pick-up and you can also order there, though I would recommend ordering ahead because they can get pretty busy. Staff was wearing masks and attentive to guests.
