The Uji Matcha Latte is a must try! (I asked for it with oat milk) sit down, and enjoy the view of such a calm place. I went in around 5pm. The man at the tea bar was so friendly. Thank you!

This tea house is beautiful! You can tell the owner is passionate about tea and is glad to share his knowledge and give free samples. There's classy music playing from Homepods, good Wi-fi, and lots of seating. I ordered a black milk tea, and it tasted refined with unsweetened tea offset by sweet crystaline tapioca and oat milk. If you like a bit of sweetness in every sip, stay with full sweetness — it's still less than most other shops. There's a beautiful selection of teacups for sale. The owner mentioned that the downstairs floor will eventually be turned into a larger tasting room as they pivot further towards gourmet tea.Vegetarian options: Tea is inherently vegan, and you can substitute oat milk in the prepared drinks.Kid-friendliness: This venue has a more mature atmosphere than most, so active children or those who like sweet drinks might not feel as comfortable.Parking: There's street parking, but you might have to park a block away.Wheelchair accessibility: Currently, the shop occupies the ground floor, with a manual door to enter.
