Very nice! We had a room at Sable and had tickets for light up the lake. It was my son’s 5th birthday. He said it was the best birthday ever. Everything was amazing

A nicer option for lunch on Navy Pier than the food hall. Empanadas we're a little greasy and saffron aioli needed more garlic, but shishitos were awesome, burger was GREAT, wings were tasty, and I really liked the chimichurri. Iced teas were refilled promptly. The 18% gratuity added was a little presumptuous and not listed anywhere; the service was good though so it was in line with what we would have tipped anyway. Definitely on the pricier side but portions are large.

The new years brunch was very expensive and quality was mediocre! Absolutely no service, no one came to check on us or offer us anything, not once! Not even juices were included which was very Stingy! Music/entertainment they advertised was dismal! Very disappointing experience to start the new year!

Booked a stay at the Sable for NYE and figured we will avail of the New Year’s Day “special” brunch. Sad to say, there was nothing special about this so-called buffet brunch. It looked like a typical 3-star hotel continental breakfast minus the fruit juices. For $40 per person, you would expect at least the drinks to be included?! Not going back.

The service was slow, and we had to request our appetizers. However, the shishito peppers and chicken satay were excellent. The banana empanada dessert was delightful and truly wonderful.
