Kroll's South Loop - Chicago

My husband and I came here after the pre season game Bears vs Chiefs. Our waitress was incredible, the manager came out to introduce himself, the seating was perfect. Now, the food was delicious and so were our drinks! (I had the hand batter chickenstrips and fries- not pictured) We added Kroll?s to our favorites list.

If you were in town and had to pick a place to have a pleasant lunch/dinner experience, I would not recommend this bar/restaurant. The bartender was annoyed to serve us. Ran away quickly before acknowledging our requests. She also forgotdrinks and the food order was incorrect. The food was decent but surely not worth the poor service.

Burger and milkshakes were delicious! fries were cold and soggy. had to wait 10 minutes longer because our order was made wrong. nice that I decided to check before we left.

This bar/restaurant has changed since covid. I'm moving like this. the martini goggles are now 6 ounces instead of 10 ounces, no small partial is now offered. no blue cheese olive for the dirty martinis. they can make 10 pieces olives per day.

Great eating, terrible service, server disappeared, watching our drinks sit on the bar for 20 minutes. Eating was good, hopefully other servers could be better.
