Jeni's Ice Creams West Loop - Chicago

Five stars aren’t enough! Due to covid there was only one group allowed in the building at one time, but the person working the counter was quick so the wait wasn’t long at all! They were so nice and helpful! I got one scoop of the brambleberry ice cream and it was to die for!! Definitely will be visiting again.

Turkish coffee ice cream is so good. It's a must try. Ice cream is thick and has the right strong coffee taste. I didn't really like the signature flavors though.

Always great experience. Definitely a place to visit and try new flavors. Dairy free coconut coffee the best.

So delicious. They have great flavors, and a few dairy free options. Clean and efficient.

I'd give them 5 stars if they had a vegan waffle cone option and a bit more variety of vegan flavors. However, we can't always have it all and Jeni's excels at what it does! The ice cream is always luxurious, airy, creamy and delicious with the perfect mouth feel--no easy feat for vegan ice cream! Plus, the parlor is always sparkling clean and the staff are just as sweet as the offerings!
