Irie Jerk And Grill - Chicago

I went here for the first time a few days ago to try the jerk chicken. All I can say is It’s very rare when you’re eating something that you lose yourself in the flavors of the food. This was one of those moments. The food is amazing. The staff was very warm, personable and accommodating. Must try if you’re in the area.

The food was absolutely amazing! I had the jerk chicken with peas n rice, mac and cheese, candy yams, and cabbage. Everything was delicious! I'll be ordering from this place at least once a week.

The food was pretty decent. The service was a bit slow. And it took awhile for our food to come out. But nevertheless it was a decent experience. Not great, but decent.

They have great food , I advise not to use delivery only take out or pick up. it takes about an hour or more depending what delivery service you use. Also their phone is always busy or goes straight to voicemail. Just be mindful the food is cooked fresh so expect to wait 30 to 45 minutes for food. Other than that, its worth the wait.

We traveled from South Carolina after reading rave reviews about restaurants in Chicago and decided to give this place a try. The jerk chicken was absolutely delicious, bursting with flavor and incredibly moist. I loved my rice and peas along with the wing plate, while my daughter enjoyed the stew chicken, which was just as delightful! The service was exceptional; we were warmly welcomed as soon as we walked in and received the same friendly treatment when we left. Thank you, Irie Jerk Bar and Grill!
