Intermission Cambria Chicago Loop

We had reservations for 1200, arrived and was told that they were not open for lunch, open table and intermission should be on when they are open

Eating was really good about what I expected! they are not ready for the theater service, which needs to feed and remove the performance. the service might have been more attentive. but the food and the drinks were great, as I said, about what I expected.

This restaurant is way in the back, upstairs at the Cambria. Good location and a seeming find for a last minute saturday night reservation, but it was dead, and they screwed up every order. Dressing on the side came on the salad. No peppers in the quesadilla, came in the quesadilla. No jam/relish on burger came on the burger. There were like 4 other people in there so hard to determine why they couldn 't get any of the items right. Would not recommend or return.

We had a bad experience. It's no one's fault that the chef called in sick so food options were limited. But that doesn't mean service has to be slow and inattentive. We were going to order food but it took so long for our waiter to come back around we were afraid we'd miss our show. So we finished our drinks and left. The Happy Hour is a good deal, though.

Had eaten twice in the last 2 weeks and service was good, but the first time they were of 60% of the items on the menu this was on a Saturday night. second time they were of 50% of the elements on the menu this was on a Sunday night with a small limited menu, how can they eat from this much. with only 4 items on the dinner menu both paintings we had a selection of 2 items or have a sandwich, but if you order a burger, we have no wobble and we are out of suppe. very bad management
