Harry Caray's 7th Inning Stretch

Seated right away. The wait staff looked stretched thin but we were served right away, and our waiter was right on top of beverage refills. Food was timely and excellent. Small children near us were beautifully behaved (and apparently enjoyed THEIR food. All stars all around!

Out of iced tea….flagged down the waitress for service after 10 minutes being seated…mediocre food

We went to Harry Caray’s for my wife’s birthday. I had the reservations for 2 months and I indicated it was for a birthday in the reservation but nothing was special for our evening. The service took 10 minutes for us to be greeted at the table for our drink order. They were closing at 7pm as the mall closes at 7pm. The mall closes at 7pm that’s insane! The food took a while and it was just okay. It was super slow in the restaurant and our server stopped by once during our dinner to check on us. No dessert, no birthday cake, no coffee. The only shining star for our evening was the sports museum and all the Harry Carey Memorabilia. If your a Cubs fan you will like being here for that. If your not, pick a different restaurant.

We will never eat at this Harry Caray’s again!!!! It was a horrible experience and I don’t leave bad reviews unless it’s been very bad and this restaurant was very bad! The server was horrible. Barely spoke to us and was not attentive or prompt. The food was absolutely horrible. Ordered the quesadilla and it was soggy and no taste and also the margarita flat bread. It was some that looked like a 5 year old made. No sauce on it and just small tomatoes in it with a blob of mozzarella on top. It was so bad I can’t even tell you how bad it was. Do not go to this restaurant in my opinion and in my review. Which is what your asking for. Hope this helps

The waitress did her best, but overall they appeared short staffed, food took what was seemingly a long time and at one point appeared that they forgot my husbands beer. The food quality was not good for the price comparatively. I ordered the Cuban sandwich special, the pickles were shaved so thin on the sand which the only pickle taste was from the skin on the pickle, the beef on the sandwich was actually cold in the middle despite the edges of the sandwich being warm with melted cheese. Not what I expected at all, which was disappointing.
