Bidra med feedbackWe enjoyed our dinner with long time friends. Attentive service and good food. We shared the appetizers and deserts.
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. I ordered a Caesar salad but it was served without any dressing and had pickled anchovies. I do not plan on returning.
Whenever we travel to Chicago, we make sure to dine at this restaurant. Despite being located at the Whitehall Hotel, this cozy spot offers a unique dining experience, far from the typical hotel food. The prices are reasonable and the menu is varied and exciting. You can't go wrong with any dish you choose. And make sure to save room for dessert!
This is a strange restaurant in a hotel and it was empty even during restaurant week. Our waitress got every course wrong and argued with us on what we ordered from the restaurant week menu. A 20% tip was included for a party of 5 and the service was terrible.
This was a rare instance where the service was excellent and the food was even better. The restaurant and chef's relative anonymity created a more intimate dining experience than expected in a popular area in Chicago. I don't believe it will stay this way for long.
