El Pueblito Mexican Grill - Chicago

My very first time trying them the staff was friendly and the food was really good!! I will definitely try them again the next time I'm in Chicago!!

I had an order for 5 adults with specific instructions and everything was perfect and delicious....i didn't even have to ask for salsa or lime...they included it....mmmmmmm

Have ordered here for 7+ years and never had an issue. Moved 3x and they have been able to deliver. Recently they have removed themselves from 3rd party apps now have their own app. I 'm not a call in person and have always enjoyed ordering online. It was very upsetting that they no longer use apps. They do have their own app however I 've had issues with items missing and had to call anyways to confirm they still have. Recently the app switched my order from delivery to pickup. Called to let them know and the girl on the phone was not happy to hear this. First said can 't help me fix this, then when I wanted to figure out what solution we can do stopped me mid sentence and said she changed it to delivery... I just feel that Recently their customer service has gone down by a lot.

Bought mexican steak here multiple times and it’s delicious, always bought the plate with refried beans and mexican rice. Competitively priced and the place feels homey. Parking can be an issue during busy hours usually at rush hours, come here at 7 onwards and it’s easy to park.

Good food, but on the pricey side. Ideal location right off the expressway
