Dunkin' Donuts - Chicago

I love going to this restaurant every morning for my coffee. I don't even have to tell them how I like it because they already know. I really enjoy the atmosphere and I visit twice a day for my coffee fix.

This Dunkin' location is just like any other, but the staff is always quick, kind, and has never gotten my order wrong. They truly deserve a raise! Seriously!

I placed an online order to skip the line, but when I went to the designated pick-up spot with the sign stating, "Online Order Pick-up Here," the staff continued to walk past me as if they didn't notice. When I finally asked about my order, I was directed to get in line and had to wait, defeating the purpose of placing an online order.

This Dunkin Donuts gets the job done, although it's nothing exceptional. The staff has seen quite a bit of turnover, but most of them are professional.
