Don Pez Fish Tacos - Chicago

Best best best tacos I’ve ever had. Had four different kinds and they were all 10/10. Staff was excellent, nice and food came out QUICK! Came from Milwaukee to try this place after seeing them on a TastingTable list of the best taco places in the country and they did not disappoint! Mahi tacos was the table favorite!

A friend recommended this place to me since I’m visiting from out of town and wow did it exceed expectations! Very excited to go

Really don’t understand the reviews. Tinga tacos were very mid. Hot but lacked any salt, seasoning, etc. Very bland.On top of that, I just paid 14 dollars for 2 tacos. Unbelievable price for a very below average product…the people who live in this neighborhood need to reconsider their standards immediately. People were so nice though, so it sucks to have such OK food at ridiculous pricesEditing my review after the owner’s unhinged response to say ur tinga was the blandest meal i’ve had in Chicago since moving here for the last 5 years! This spot was delicious! Tacos were lovely with a hint of spice and Andrea was a dream behind the counter. Can't wait to come back :
