Domino's Pizza - Chicago

Love the chicken buffalo pizza and the fact that they let me get ranch dressing instead of tomaten paste or n the pizza! very friendly, pizza was perfectly cooked! it was my first ever eating dominos and it was a wonderful experience asx on the ppl at this place

This is the third time that I ordered well before the booked closing time and my order was canceled. they are too incompatible.

I could have walked there faster. Placed an online order at 9:12pm and the was notified the driver left at 9:32pm. At 10:00 pm there was still nothing delivered. Called to check and was told “they only have one driver” so I waited. After nothing was delivered, I called back at 10:30 pm to request a refund. No apologies made.

The delivery service has become terrible. Every time I place an order and the delivery driver, a man named Manh, is assigned, I should just cancel it. I pay with Apple Pay and include a tip while requesting contactless delivery, but he always insists on calling me to come out, sign the receipt, and add an extra tip. For an order that's just around $15, a $5 tip is more than sufficient, especially since the delivery takes over an hour, and I live only 5 minutes away by car. It's frustrating and unprofessional behavior from the driver.
