I told them my children were allergic to ketchup and sneezed and to replace on cheese. they still put screed and ketchup on the hotdogs under the chili without a cheese after they have charged me. I'll report to you.

The worst restaurant by far ...Never answer their phone after u order food and always something missing I will never order from the ' 'em again

Years ago when they first came to the Chicagoland area, they were great! This chain left for some time, then they came back...its not the same. The burgers are so small and they put a lot of veggies (lettuce,tomatoes, pickles,etc) on the burgers- which is great! But they're cold and it affects the temperature of the hamburger patty! The fries are different...they're coated with something like vanilla? Which makes they kinda sweet. I take it as odd combination with the hamburger. I like to have my burger hot...and my fries not so sweet. Just thought it was weird combination. Would I go back...no.

I ordered a strawberry milkshake through drive through, opened it up and saw a thick syrup nasty layer of idk, it looked so gross never again!
