Caspian Kabab - Chicago

I came here on a Tuesday night with some friends. While our server was nice, it took a long time to pick up our order. A table that sat after us got her fiancée, just as he took our order! And then they paid their check after our appetizers came out. Besides, the food was very good. Very well seasoned and delicious. Also good portion sizes. Good value. I would recommend this place, but place your order quickly, or flag the waiter so you can order quickly!

This was certainly a surprise find and my love for Persian food and its people only grew more. We ordered sour berry chicken and it was delightfully tasty with an added tomato sauce and well seasoned chicken. The appetizer was a dip that was called eggplant omelet which we couldn't stop eating it was creative and delicious. The dessert was a typical Persian dessert that is made with pistachios and I could have easily had 4 of those. The ambiance was so Persian with a lovely water fountain ornate with decorative tiles. I felt was transported to Iran while I dined.

Lovely, relaxing place near the Den theatre. We enjoyed the kabobs and are returning for the persian ice cream on the recomendation of a friendly and helpful waitstaff.

HIGHLY recommend this restaurant for quality Persian food! The service was excellent and our waitress was very attentive. The ambiance is lovely, and the food was amazing. I love that this is so close to us! We will be coming back here often.

The lamb kabobs are just outstanding. Moist meat, beautifully seasoned. The ambience is great very homey feeling with attentive staff and conversation friendly. All the food was quite good and we'll definitely be back.
