Unprofessional staff and manager leo says I have to work with him to get my refund. they save themselves. I'll get my money, but I'll never go back to business with you.

Great place to grab some donuts. They're just too delicious to say no to.

The hours for this Chicago location were until 10:00 pm and at 9:50 when I arrived I was told they close at 9:00 because they have to shut everything down.

BAD SERVICE! I came across this Baskin Robbin first night of Chicago for some delicious cold ice cream on a hot night and oh boy was the service sucky. I was waiting at the register at Baskin Robbin and noticed no one coming up to me and thinking why is the person behind the counter helping not one...not two...but three people before me even though I came in before all of them. When I finally asked during the fourth customer, he looks at me and said well the line is over here and I'm just like you mother...I was standing here for like 3 customers ago waiting to be acknowledged or warned that there was only one line. I just left afterwards and was over the ice cream with that service.

Entered near eleven, it wasn't packed. The service here is outstanding. The bill won't shock you.
