A visit this location on February 15 with my Husband we have never been to Chili's but we decide to go to this one . WE arrived at 12 during lunch hour we were greeted and it didn't take long for us to get seated at a booth it was very Spacey not crowdedthe customer service is very well please. MY HUSBAND and I order it took about 20min . The Food was nice and hot thepresentation of the food was very Delight you could tell it was not just thrown together so my hat's off to the Chef that day.
The restaurant is clean, cozy, and inviting. Robert was my server for the evening, and he was an absolute delight. Even waiters who weren't serving us greeted us warmly, and the manager was friendly as well. It's a great atmosphere for dining. I was seated quickly, which was a nice bonus. The food was delicious, hot, and fresh—truly yummy!
This was my first experience ordering from Maggiano's/Chili's, and it was disappointing. Not only was the food cold, but it was also burnt. The spaghetti had very little sauce, which left the pasta dry. I'm really let down by the simple choices I made.
I ordered curbside and was served moldy cheesecake! It was clear that most of the mold had been scraped off from other areas, but they missed a piece. I'm very allergic to mold, so this could have been really dangerous for me! It's absolutely disgusting.
