Traditional location, good selection of fish based dishes. Recommended fresh taglierini black cuttlefish, fritto misto and fish antipasto. Focaccia home made is delicious as well as the dessert of the day.

We met Samir and Rita years ago. The food and service just gets better and better. Samir has the freshest fish around and all the food is creative, beautiful presentation, and so very fresh. Please try it.......you have missed a wonderful meal if you don't

Visited this place and we are very satisfied with our choice. The menu is good and the dishes we ordered were well prepared and tasted very good. I had the fish of the day and the rest of my family had different kinds of pasta, which were excellent. Although it's slightly more expensive compared to other restaurants of similar quality in the area it is worth a try!

If you travelling or having vacation in chiavari you should visit this trattoria. Really fresh fish and seafood, great pasta and good choice of wines. I really recommend this place not like the tourist one, but like the place for italians, i mean the food is really good.

While spending 2 weeks in Chiavari, my wife and I tried many restaurants in and near town. This was equal to any of the other restaurants we tried in quality of food. We did not see it open until the end of our 2 weeks there so we were either missing it when we passed (although it is near a couple other excellent restaurants) or it was not open much of the time. It is a very small place. As I recall it only had maybe 6-8 tables. When we were there only about 4 of the tables were taken. The husband is the cook, and the wife seated us. I was able to have my favorite Ligurian food while there. . .fried anchovies (some of the best of our trip) and pasta con pesto. As usual we got the vino bianco dela casa. It was pretty good. We happened to see a couple older metal ice buckets for holding wine at the table during dinner. After bargaining with the owner, he allowed us to buy one of the buckets which became one of our souvenirs from this trip to Chiavari. Overall, an outstanding dinner.
