Best wing and brisket taco. Server Rayanne was incredible!

I enjoy the food at BWW but service has always been an issue and why I stopped going a ling time ago. I am new to cheyenne and wanted to watch a football game. Staff was incredible. From the host to the Manger to my server. Alicia was awesome. Attentive but not intrusive, friendy and professional. So much so I came back again this weekend and will keep coming as long as the service remains as it does.

We went at the perfect time on a Friday night, before the rush. We were sat quickly, drinks and food came out in a reasonable amt of time. Food was hot and good. The only issue was that after someone other than our waitress brought out our food, our waitress didn't come back and check on us for a very long time...and we had NO silverware! I finally had to go track someone down to get us some.

Natalie was an absolute joy. We weren’t even her table and she check on us and bought us everything we needed. The bartender Tiffany on the other hand was way more worried about closing and getting out of there. We did come in at 11:35 however it was advertised that they close at 1 so we thought we had time. I know you have about a hour or so after closing that you’ll be there cleaning. That being said, I do absolutely understand wanting to go home, but it would of been nice to of been given napkins, silverware, to go boxes and such by her. If my boss saw me treat a customer the way she did, I would of been written up. I don’t suggest the bar, however, Natalie is a wonderful server who made sure we were taken care of.

We came here on a Thursday night for a birthday. We ordered wings at 7. It is currently 7:40 and nothing besides a burger 20 minutes ago. The food is good, but it is such a long wait to get 6 wings. Good cheese curds.
