Legal Sea Foods Chestnut Hill

We go often to this Legal Seafoods and are never disappointed. We usually sit at the bar but this time we sat at a table on the bar side because there were four of us. Delicious food, nice ambiance and our server, Mat, was excellent! We celebrated a birthday, and Mat was kind, efficient and professional.

Kathleen and Matt, in the bar area, are consistently the best at what they do- make great drinks, provide great service, and keep things moving and under control even when it's crazy busy!!

As always the food was above reproach. However, there was not close to enough air conditioning in the dining room. The bar was completely unair conditioned. Once we were seated, we waited for over 15 minutes before we asked a passing waitress if anyone was going to serve us. A debate among the staff occurred before someone finally asked to take our order.

The air conditioning wasn't working properly again. Frequently when we visit Legal seafood in Chestnut Hill the air conditioning isn't working properly my family visits Legal seafood in Chestnut Hills on a weekly basis at least once a week. Right now, about all I eat is the house salad. I think it's the best thing on the menu

Food was excellent as was service at the bar. At 9:00 p.m. in the bar areas were two babies who screamed non stop for 35 minutes . Very unnerving and headache producing.. consideration should be given to restricting the bar area sfter 9 pm should be to adult customers. Took away from what would have been a nice evening.
