Mcdonald's - Chesterfield

The quarter pounder with cheese was missing, and the other food was cold. It was also difficult to arrange a refund. I will not be going back to this restaurant.

Incomplete order for our takeaway again. The Balsamic dressing was missing from.the chicken and bacon salad. We also ordered a cheese and chive dip and 2 sweet chilli dips , all of which were missing. Do staff not check before they send food out.

To be clear this isn't a complaint about this particular store but this is my most frequented for breakfast and it has caught me out a few times . Why does McDonald's not provide milk with tea? It's not available on the menu whereas coffee with or without milk is . It's not on the side in the restaurant you have to ask for it , and when you order delivery to a numbered parking spot it's never in the bag and the server never asks if you want any . When you ask them for some they never have anybin their bum bag and have to go back inside the restaurant to fetch some back out to your car. For everything else that McDonald's are efficient in this seems a very inefficient way of providing us english with a traditional cuppa!

I originally didn't plan on writing a review, but I've had enough of receiving incomplete orders. It seems to happen every time, and it feels like they are intentionally leaving out items to make more money. I won't be ordering from this restaurant again, as I refuse to be taken advantage of in this day and age.

I stopped by for a quick drive-through this afternoon. My order was taken quickly and efficiently. However, I was surprised by the price of the milkshake at $1.99, which seemed a bit more expensive than usual.
