Mcdonald's - Chesterfield

I called last night to the watch from us was very busy I didn't do it if it is very good normaly quite good, but after a minute waiting eating arrived cold waitress called about telling her to feel the burgers she said I would change it immediately the second off was not too good coworkers brilliant eating not so good greeting jon!

This mcdonalds has been updated since its opening several times, whose recent updating has added all new touchscreen control stations and detection points. it has a drive thru, so that helps to keep it less busy in the inside, because...many people will now use the drive thru and eat in the car due to coviding fears. I only live a short distance, so I usually get my order to bring it home. the milkshake is occasionally from the menu, but eating is always exactly as they would expect from a mcdonalds.

My friends and I went for a cheeky maccies late saturday night. I had ordered a big meal consisting off nuggets, a double bacon cheeseburger and portions of fries. The table service came with not one portion of fries, and my burger had a...single patty. My accomplice, Mr Kemp, had ordered a double bacon cheeseburger himself, and that came with no bacon. Absolutely dreadful. He went to complain and requested another burger which the manager refused in an inappropriate and offensive manner. On top of this, a middle aged man whom had ordered in the drive thru came into complain when we were ordering our meals. His big mac had came with no buns. How is this even possible? What a joke. I would never recommend anyone, not even my worst enemy, spending their hard earned cash at this absolute disgrace of a restaurant.

After visiting the drive through I was asked to wait in the parking bay by the manager callum mc neill. after minutes he came out and asked me what I had ordered. finally came the meal. when opening, eating wrong and not quitting. in business, meal exchanged, but he gave open due to lack of training he could not print a quitting. I'm busy myself and needed one. everything in a few minutes from beginning to end. no excellent service.

But this one consistently fails to deliver to even that minimum standard. sausage and egg mcmuffins. Both cold Neither stacked' even remotely like the chef cared. One of them, the meat and egg was out one side by about an inch, and the cheese...was out the otherside by half the slice. Literally, all the ingredients of the burger, thrown in. if it hadn't melted onto the paper and then set because it was cold, I may have been able to do something about it. I will keep leaving reviews now sometimes I like a Mcdonalds and this is near where I live so I have little choice, but, you have a critical customer now. I am fed up with you failing at something that is designed to be so easy you cant fail.
