Bidra med feedbackThe restaurant is extremely clean, and the staff is very attentive. We hardly had to wait at all—just about 2 to 3 minutes—before our food was brought out.
Excellent! The restaurant was extremely clean, and the food was fresh and served quickly. The young woman who worked tonight greeted us warmly as we entered, brought our food promptly, and was very friendly; she even took our order at the table and said goodbye when we left. The service was truly impressive! I tried to catch her name, but she didn't have a name tag. She was a pretty young woman with blonde hair tied back in a ponytail—definitely deserves a raise! This is the best McDonald's I've been to in ages. I felt moved to write a review!
"I visited the McDonald's on Derby Road and found that there is ample parking available, as well as plenty of space inside the restaurant. However, the cleanliness of the restrooms could use some attention. The drive-thru service operates efficiently. I’ve decided to avoid this particular location for a few weeks after having a couple of cheeseburgers there last week. The first time, I noticed an unusual brownish taste to my burger, which I found off-putting. Later that night, I experienced severe stomach pain. The second time I ordered a cheeseburger, I detected the same strange taste, which led me to believe that they might have changed their ingredients. This time, the odd flavor was even more pronounced in the center of the burger, and once again, it resulted in bad stomach pain a few hours later. A few days later, I visited the Clay Cross location and had a cheeseburger that tasted perfectly normal. Today, I went to the West location and had a similar experience. I'm not sure what's going on at the Derby Road restaurant, but I’m going to steer clear of it for the next few weeks."
