Absolutely awful service, Placed a big order amounting to more than £90. There was an item missing (monster wrap) Called straight away to inform them this was missing, then to be called a liar and that it was checked before it left the kitchen, I was repeatedly shouted at by them and they kept calling me a liar. Will not be ordering from them again, Customer service is appalling, they need to learn some manners

Ordered food after a night out and my friend was charged £99. Luckily she noticed and pointed it out several times and was told it said 99p (when our meal was £9.99). After showing both the receipt and phone alert several times he finally agreed it said £99 and said he didn't know how to give a refund. My friend showed him on the card machine and asked him to put in the supervisor code which apparently no one had and after lots of arguing he agreed to give us £90 in cash and then proceeded to be extremely rude. If it was an accident and a refund was given immediately fair enough but no doubt thought he could overcharge 2 drunk girls on a night out in town and we wouldn't notice, avoid going here as staff are atrocious.

This is one of the best pizzas I have ever had! It arrived 40 minutes earlier than the estimated time and was flawless. Thank you again!

Last weeks order wrong pizza came rang and exchanged spent over £15 got free bottle of pop not cheesy garlic bread as menu states as picture shows. Ordered tonight paid £15.20 nothing arrived as a free item they missed a can of pop which I paid for and pizza was burnt! Rang to complain anyway long story short another bloke rang me back shouting at me that he wouldn’t take orders no more from us as I complained twice and that as we ordered online and got a £3 discount I wasn’t getting anything free as well as a discount. He was rude horrible and just shocking! I will never order from there again! If you got the order correct first time people wouldn’t complain !!

This takeaway was the worst I have ever had. The burger looked pale, undercooked, and dry - it was complete rubbish. The pizza had no taste and lacked a tomato base. The chips were decent, but overall it was a waste of money. I had ordered from here a couple of years ago for a house party and the food was very good, but now I don't understand how they can serve such low-quality food.
