THE ORDERING BIARD IS COMPLETELY BLACK SO U HAVE NO IDEA OF WHAT TO ORDER OR THE PRICE unless you know what you want already…Needed to change my order and was told I could not once I got to the window? and the lady was smart n nasty and I asked for the manager but she just looked over there and wouldn’t come to windowPoor poor customer service!!!!
You cannot say enough about the awesome energy these employees put into customer service and customer satisfaction during the mad rush during breakfast hours. I applaud them all! No matter how tedious the job can be, they maintain a positive attitude and the team work is remarkable. I was so impressed that I didn't want to leave even after getting my two for five. Keep up the good work and I'm sure this location will be in the top five of Hardee's list of best locations!
