It was okay. nothing beats the original chocolate. clean bathroom, but the baby changing station must be repaired. it is not properly mounted on the wall, it was not sure to place my enkelin safely. but they love the 4 for 4.00 meal offers.
I went at 6pm on Wednesday July 8th. The manager Meghan was on sandwiches and it was delicious, there was a dinner rush at the time I was there, and all of the employees handled it very well!
They never payed me back for messing up my order when i gave them the food back and ordered again so i had to pay for two orders
There was a bug in my sweet and sour sauce.. wendys wyd…… u can CLEARLYYYYT see if been there for a while and it had only been open 5 minutes.. L ratio
So we have had this Wendy's on a Time Out since 2017. At any rate Monday 6/2 I worked late and decided to try this location again. Ordered a Dave's Double, an order of Baconator Fries at the drove thru. I live about 2 miles away. Well O was very surprised that my burger was hot and fresh, and the Baconator Fries were awesome.my wife actually stole most of the fries and loved them So tonight we decided to try you again. May 7, 6:12PM receipt $30135 for $22.42 at drive thru. Got home and realized that I was short thr medium frosty. Both of the Baconator Fried were barely Luke warm. They had just laid straps of bacon on top. Monday the bacon was broken up and mixed in with the order. Wife's Homestyle Chicken was hot and she liked it. My Double was way overcooked and near black at edges. It was also cool not even Luke warm. I will take credit for the missing Frosty. I ordered it and I should have realized it was missing before I left the drive thru. Looks like this Wendy's is back on Time Out. This issue falls on the Management of this store. He or She needs to stay on top of what his employees are serving to guests in terms of quality and temperature. If the employees know he/she does not check they get lazy. If the Manager is always checking what is coming out of the kitchen, and calls them out on it the problem goes away.If not, the customers go away. which is what we are doing.
