Sero's - Chesterfield

After reading the reviews, we decided to give this restaurant a try. We were not disappointed. All of the dishes we tried were excellent and the portion sizes were generous - we even had enough leftovers to take home for another full meal, except for my teenager son. The desserts did not fully impress us, however. The rice pudding was good but not great, and my daughter thought the ice cream tasted like a cheap brand. (I personally make ice cream at home and enjoy it, but this did not meet expectations.)

The restaurant offers delicious food at a great price. It is a down-to-earth family dinner spot with an extensive menu and quick, friendly service. Options include soup or salad for starters, and rice pudding or ice cream for dessert. The chicken kebabs and lamb skewers are fantastic. The ambiance could be improved, but the generous portions of rice and fries make up for it. Overall, the portions are large.
