Qdoba Mexican Eats - Chesterfield

Came here for Steak Nachos around 8pm on a Saturday. I was told by the cashier that they were out of chips. I seen the lady in the back currently frying chips so I asked how long and she said they were out for good. I said it?s fine and that I would try another location. I changed my mind came back in less than 10 minutes later to just get a bowl and I would go to the store and purchase my own chips.They magically had chips. While making my bowl she took a half scoop of meat, I asked if I could have more meat she said it would be extra. Paid $15.99 for this and the chips were stale. I?ve never had any problem at this location until today. Horrible service.

Worker slid half uncovered burrito over counter top. Didn't ask to remake it, only asked if we wanted a bowl to put the ingredients in instead. Didn't take half dollars. Found a produce sticker in my burrito... ew.

First time eating at a Qdoba and probably my last. It's just not good compared to Pancheros or Chipotle.

Went there today and the doors were locked, called to see if they were opened. Literally heard the manager slam the phone down. Asked an employee what was going on today and he got offended, then proceeded to tell me it was none of my business. Charged me extra when I asked if something came with it and he said yes. They didn 't tell anyone it was a mobile only day, no signs, nothing. Proceeded to announce it multiple times but they could still do orders anyway . I 've already reached out to corporate since the manager was leaving and refusing to speak to anyone.

The food was awesome the portions are good just add more lettuce with my salad. Only thing about the chicken is that it was brunt if only reason how i knew that is if I didn't watch my food like a hawk it would be unnoticeable. I only spent 5mins in here which was cool bc I only get a 30min break. So good job qdoba..
